South Korean director Bong Joon-ho is developing his first animated feature film titled 'Ally,' inspired by deep-sea creatures. He expressed his ambition to surpass the storytelling achievements of animation legends Hayao Miyazaki and George Miller. The film, which has been in development since 2018, is expected to be released by the end of 2027.
