The game features a unique currency system where player score doubles as in-game currency for upgrades or permanent XP. Independent developer Horsefly Games and publisher Coyote Time Publishing announced that Orbital Overdrive, a roguelite twin-stick shooter, is now available on Steam for PC. The game features a score-as-currency system, dual-planet gameplay with orbital and underground combat, hundreds of upgrades, and 2 to 4 player local co-op. A free demo is also available on Steam, and the game includes VR support.
