Bad Guys Games has acquired the intellectual property and publishing rights for the game Pirates of the Sea from Prestige Games. The studio plans to rebuild the title using Unreal Engine 5, introducing a new art style and deeper survival RPG mechanics. Existing owners will receive the overhaul for free.
