Evangelion Characters Join The First Descendant in New CrossoverThe First Descendant is set to receive its first anime crossover event, featuring characters from the Rebuild of Evangelion series. The event, starting on June 18, 2026, will include Asuka Shikinami Langley, Mari Illustrious Makinami, and Rei Ayanami, along with new weapon skins and emotes. This marks the third major crossover for The First Descendant, following previous events with Bayonetta and NieR: Automata.

Yuriko Yamaguchi will be a Guest at FanimeCon 2026Voice actress Yuriko Yamaguchi has been announced as a guest for FanimeCon 2026, which will take place during Memorial Day Weekend at the San Jose Convention Center. Yamaguchi is known for her roles as Ritsuko Akagi in the Evangelion franchise, Nurse Joy in Pokemon, and Nico Robin in One Piece. She joins a growing list of guests for the large anime convention.
