Romancing SaGa 3 Is The Latest Surprise RPG Remake
Square Enix has announced a full 3D remake of the 1995 RPG classic, Romancing SaGa 3, titled Destinies United. The remake will feature upgraded graphics, fully voiced cutscenes, and overhauled mechanics, launching on February 16, 2027, for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.

Famitsu magazine's 40th-anniversary survey of over 5,000 Japanese gamers revealed Nintendo as the favorite developer and Mario as the favorite character. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild was highly recommended, while Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest series dominated influence and sequel requests. Masahiro Sakurai was named favorite creator.
