Paradox Interactive has released The Great Wave expansion for its grand strategy game Victoria 3. The expansion introduces a ship designer for creating custom fleets, new diplomatic options including ship purchase treaties and gunboat diplomacy, and new historical narrative content focused on Japan's social and political reforms during the late Edo period. The Great Wave is available as a standalone purchase or as part of the Victoria 3 Volume 3 expansion pass.
VOLUME 3 FOR VICTORIA 3 ADDS 3 SIGNIFICANT PACKS
Paradox Interactive has announced Volume 3 for Victoria 3, an expansion pass that includes major system upgrades and new content packs. The pass features "The Great Wave," a naval expansion with ship design and diplomatic options, and two immersion packs: "State and Revolution" for Russia and "Century of Strife" for Qing China. A cosmetic "Warships Bonus Pack" is also included.
