Four Nacon subsidiaries file for insolvency
Four Nacon subsidiaries, including developers Spiders, Kylotonn, Cyanide, and Nacon Tech, have filed for insolvency and commenced reorganisation proceedings in France. This follows Nacon's own court-supervised reorganisation after its majority shareholder, Bigben Interactive, failed to repay a loan.

French game development studios Spiders, Kylotonn, and Cyanide, all subsidiaries of Nacon, have filed for insolvency and requested judicial reorganization proceedings. Nacon itself previously filed for insolvency in February to restructure its debts. These proceedings allow companies to freeze liabilities and propose continuation plans to ensure business sustainability.

French publisher Nacon has filed for insolvency after its majority shareholder, Bigben Interactive, failed to repay a €43 million loan. The company aims to protect employees and jobs by renegotiating with creditors under court supervision. Nacon is also involved in a patent infringement case with Nintendo and has a partnership to develop future World Rally Championship games.
