JVC Music, Yuki Kajiura, and FlyingDog are re-releasing CD soundtracks for select .hack and Xenosaga games on May 27, 2026. The releases include soundtracks for .hack//SIGN, .hack//Liminality, Xenosaga II, and Xenosaga III. CyberConnect2 will also self-publish a new home console game, .hack//Z.E.R.O.
Xenosaga I and II DS English Patch Announced by Fans; Beta Patch Releasing Soon
Fan group Vector Translations has announced a full English patch for the Nintendo DS game Xenosaga I & II, with a beta version set to release on March 30, 2026, to coincide with the game's 20th anniversary. The patch is being created without AI and will cover the initial chapters of the game. Xenosaga I & II, originally released in 2006, retells and expands upon the events of the first two Xenosaga episodes.
