The first-person horror adventure game The Occultist will launch on April 8, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, with pre-orders now live. Developer DALOAR and publisher Daedalic Entertainment released a new developer diary detailing the game's focus on atmospheric psychological horror and environmental storytelling rather than jump scares. A demo is currently available.
