Daredevil: Born Again season 2 ending explained: what happens to Daredevil and Kingpin? Are the Defenders coming back?

The season 2 finale of Daredevil: Born Again saw Matt Murdock publicly reveal his identity as Daredevil to exonerate Karen Page and expose Wilson Fisk's criminal activities. While Fisk is forced to leave New York, Matt is arrested for Daredevil's crimes.
