Witch Hat Atelier producer clears up production confusion behind the years-in-the-making anime
Producer Hiroaki Kojima clarified that the anime adaptation of Witch Hat Atelier has been in active production for approximately three and a half years, not since 2019 as previously reported. While the anime was announced in 2022, Bug Films officially joined the project in 2023. Kojima expressed gratitude for the production committee's efforts on what was his most time-consuming project.
