Ikaruga creator’s new shmup Ubusuna gets canceled
M2 has announced the cancellation of Ubusuna, a shoot 'em up game in development since 2014, led by Ikaruga creator Hiroshi Iuchi. The company cited Iuchi's resignation and the difficulty of completing the project without him as reasons for the decision. While M2 has abandoned development, Iuchi has expressed a desire to complete Ubusuna in the future if an opportunity arises.
