Modder does what Nintendon't and makes a Switch 2 Virtual Boy controller
A modder named James Channel has created a kit that transforms an original Virtual Boy controller into a wireless gamepad compatible with the Nintendo Switch Online service, PC, and Meta Quest headsets. The mod replaces the original internal components with Bluetooth guts, offering wireless functionality and modern power options like USB-C rechargeable lithium battery packs. The kit is available for $99 for the PCB or $249 for a complete controller.
