The fifth and final season of Netflix's The Witcher has reportedly been delayed to 2027, despite filming concluding in September 2025. This postponement deviates from the series' typical two-year release cadence. Showrunner Lauren Schmidt Hissrich previously stated seasons 4 and 5 were conceived as one large narrative, comprising 16 episodes.
