Razer acquires StreamElements assets
Razer has acquired the assets of the live streaming platform StreamElements, including its technology, brand, and operations. This asset purchase means Live Momentum, the former owner, remains responsible for prior debts, including payments owed to creators. Razer plans to integrate StreamElements with its existing creator-focused products.
