Before Spider-Noir, Nicolas Cage almost played the Green Goblin in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man
Nicolas Cage revealed that he was close to playing the Green Goblin in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man film, a role that ultimately went to Willem Dafoe. Cage ultimately chose to star in Spike Jonze's Adaptation instead. He is also reportedly in talks for a live-action Spider-Noir series.
