Marvel once caused a problem for Capcom by insisting 'Juggernaut can't jump'
Marvel imposed strict character rules on Capcom during the 1990s, notably insisting that Juggernaut could not jump, which caused development issues for fighting games like X-Men: Children of the Atom. Former Capcom localization lead Takuya Shiraiwa recalled the challenges of negotiating these rules, but eventually, Marvel relaxed its stance after the success of Capcom's Marvel fighting games.
