Developer Equinox has announced the cancellation of The Altered TCG's Roots of Corruption campaign and the end of the game due to insufficient funding. Despite raising over €1.1 million in total, the project required at least €2 million to continue. The game, which previously set records for crowdfunding on Kickstarter, faced challenges in a competitive market and delays in its digital storefront.
