Fandom and GameSpot owner set to buy Balatro publisher Playstack
Integrated Media Company (IMC), owner of Fandom and Gamespot, has conditionally agreed to purchase Playstack, the publisher behind games like Balatro, from its current owner TruFin for approximately £112.4 million.
