The next Minecraft update is now out in pre-release, as Mojang makes "final touches" to the Dappled Forest
The first pre-release build of Minecraft patch 26.3 is now available on Java Edition, with Mojang Studios putting the final touches on the Dappled Forest biome and new building tools. This update introduces Poplar Trees, Red Shrubs, Shelf Mushrooms, Concrete and Wool Stairs/Slabs, Cushions, Poplar Boats, Straw Beds, and Abandoned Camps. The pre-release also includes invite codes for Realms and an increased render distance.
