Roblox is introducing age-based accounts for children and teens

Roblox is introducing two new age-based account types, Roblox Kids (ages 5-8) and Roblox Select (ages 9-15), to enhance safety and content moderation on its platform. These accounts will feature communication restrictions and content limitations based on age, with enhanced parental controls available until users turn 16. The move aims to address criticisms regarding child protection on the platform.
