Danchi Days is a cozy, comedic, and bittersweet slice-of-life adventure game set in a Japanese housing complex, inspired by real-life experiences and the realities of family dementia. Developed collaboratively by sandy powder, Melos Han-Tani, mogumu, and gingham games, and published by Analgesic Productions, it features a 16-bit pixel art style reminiscent of Game Boy Advance classics. The game follows Hoshino Kanaoka as she tries to revive the neighborhood festival to help her grandmother. Danchi Days is set to launch on October 29th, 2026, on Steam with Steam Deck support, and a demo is currently available.
