Heart of the Beast is a delightful survival adventure starring Brad Pitt as a former Special Forces officer and his loyal German Shepherd, Odin. The film effectively portrays their bond and struggle for survival in the wilderness, with strong performances from both Pitt and the dog actor, Uber. While the plot treads familiar ground and the depiction of PTSD is broad, the intense action and genuine connection between the man and his dog make it a compelling watch.
