Star Fox for Nintendo Switch 2 reveals amiibo support
Nintendo has revealed that the upcoming Star Fox game for Nintendo Switch 2 will feature amiibo support. Scanning compatible amiibo figures, such as Fox, Falco, and Wolf from the Super Smash Bros. line, will unlock special emblems and backgrounds for the player's Battle Banner used in online matches. The game is slated for release on June 25, 2026.
