This action, requested by Take-Two, mandates Rage:MP to begin a structured shutdown by August 31, directing server owners to migrate to FiveM, which is the only authorized multiplayer modding platform. This move is seen as part of Take-Two's efforts to consolidate control over unofficial multiplayer experiences ahead of Grand Theft Auto VI's release.
