Nintendo fans have noted the absence of the character Toadsworth from all new Mario games since 2013, despite his significant role in earlier titles like Super Mario Sunshine. While his appearance in the Paper Mario series was altered to make Toads more uniform, his exclusion from The Super Mario Bros.
