Microsoft has filed a patent for an AI helper that can temporarily take over an Xbox gaming session to assist players who are stuck. This follows a similar patent filing from Sony for an AI PlayStation game assistant. The patent details cloud-based help sessions where control can be transferred to either a human or a machine learning model, with options for rating helpers.
