Garry's Mod Spiritual Successor s&box Launches Later This Month

Facepunch Studios announced that s&box, a spiritual successor to Garry's Mod built on the Source 2 engine, will launch on PC via Steam on April 28th. The game creation platform allows players to create, share, and play games, with plans for royalty-free Steam publishing and Roblox-style microtransactions. Prior to launch, access will be restricted to active users, with the game then costing $20.

Pokemon Pokopia Players Are Building Incredibly Complex Creations

Players of Pokemon Pokopia are demonstrating the game's creative potential by building complex in-game calculators using virtual electrical systems. One player, Tarnow0530, shared a functional single-digit addition calculator powered by lasers, doors, and gates, building upon a design by kyuphd. Another player, syoto_430_mario, created a similar calculator powered by water. The game, which has sold 2.2 million copies in its first week, was recently patched by Nintendo to address bugs and progression issues.
