IGDA Incubation SIG to unveil first global census of game incubators and accelerators at Gamescom
The International Game Developers Association (IGDA) Incubation SIG will present the first global census of game incubators and accelerators at Gamescom 2026. This research, based on responses from over 80 program leaders worldwide, aims to provide a comprehensive overview of organizations supporting emerging game studios and the challenges they face. The presentation will also cover updates on the SIG's work, international collaboration, and strategies for supporting underrepresented developers and fostering sustainable businesses.
