Arrowhead is permanently removing the 'large' build of Helldivers 2 on March 17, 2026, following extensive testing and player feedback. The developer is confident that players are having a great experience with the smaller, 23GB build, which was reduced from 154GB in December 2025. This move is welcomed by players concerned about increasing game sizes and SSD costs.
