Noctua has developed custom 'torture-test rigs' to rigorously test the durability of its fans, specifically for use in the Feinmann F01 Noctua Edition gaming mouse. These tests simulate extreme conditions, including rapid sideways movements and repeated drops, to ensure the fans can withstand gamer usage. The results indicate the fans are surprisingly resilient, surviving hundreds of thousands of cycles and numerous drops with minimal issues.
