Conan Exiles Enhanced adds new features and a revamped headhunting event

Conan Exiles Enhanced has received a new patch that revamps its headhunting event, allowing players to capture targets alive or bring back skulls to earn currency. The update also introduces a 'Continue' button for faster session access, character appearance import/export, and reduced physics-related memory allocations for server hosts.
