The lead developer of the open-source project to run Ubuntu Linux on the PlayStation 5, Andy Nguyen, has announced he is stepping away from the project. Nguyen cited a decline in the scene's quality, with newcomers allegedly using AI tools without understanding, and the reporting of a critical hypervisor bug to Sony as reasons for his departure. This news comes as the project was working on PS5 Pro support.
