NetEase has implemented a 'Victim Compensation Protocol' in Marvel Rivals to address incentivized throwing, where players are paid to lose matches. The system will automatically restore lost points for players negatively affected by teammates confirmed to be engaging in malicious behavior. A new detection system using big data analysis and manual review has also been deployed to penalize offenders.
