The game involves 8-player matches where players collect Virtue across three phases, with the final phase narrowing down to a 1v1v1 competition.

Arc System Works has released a launch trailer for Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls, showcasing its heroes, villains, and gameplay mechanics like the 'Assemble' assist system. The trailer highlights various modes including 4v4 combat, Episode Mode, local Versus, online Ranked matches, the unique All-Star Arena, Battle Arcadia mini-games, and Arcadia Rumble PvP beat 'em up. The game is set to launch on August 6th for PlayStation 5 and PC.
