Yuke’s and Aquaplus Outline Future Plans Including Ports and New Projects

Yuke's and Aquaplus are planning a future partnership following Yuke's acquisition of Aquaplus, focusing on ports of existing titles and the development of new projects. Aquaplus president Naoya Shimokawa indicated that ports of games like the Dungeon Travelers series and Tears to Tiara are being considered, with Yuke's technical support aiding in bringing titles like Utawarerumono Past and Present Rediscovered to the Nintendo Switch. Both companies are also interested in creating new simulation RPGs, fighting games, or larger RPG projects together.
