Nintendo announced that Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity – Definitive Edition is coming to Nintendo Switch 2 on February 25th, featuring improved visuals, higher resolutions, and 60 FPS performance. This version includes all previous Expansion Pass content and adds a new Calamity Mode difficulty. Owners of the original Nintendo Switch version will receive a discount and can transfer save data.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Switch 2 Upgrade Affects Torna Expansion
Nintendo has confirmed that Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna ~ The Golden Country will receive a "Switch 2 Upgrade Pack" on July 30, 2026, offering visual and performance enhancements for the new console. The update will be free for those who own the standalone version of Torna, but owners of the Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Expansion Pass will need to purchase a separate $9.99 upgrade pack. The update will enable 60 fps gameplay and 1080p/4K resolutions depending on the mode.
