Death by Scrolling secures Nintendo Switch release date, new trailer

Death by Scrolling, a roguelike RPG from Monkey Island creator Ron Gilbert, will be released on Nintendo Switch on April 16, 2026. The game features vertically scrolling gameplay set in Purgatory, where players must race upward, battle monsters, and collect gems to pay the Ferryman. A new release date trailer has also been shared.
