YouTube is muting push notifications from channels you don't watch
YouTube is implementing a new policy to mute push notifications from channels that users have not engaged with in the past month. This change aims to reduce notification clutter and prevent users from disabling notifications altogether, which would negatively impact both the platform and content creators. Notifications will still be available within the YouTube app's inbox, and channels that upload infrequently will not be affected.
