It: Welcome to Derry season 2 has finally been officially announced by HBO after months of radio silence
HBO has officially announced that the horror series It: Welcome to Derry will return for a second season. Creator Andy Muschietti plans for two more seasons, with the upcoming season set in 1935 and exploring the origins of Pennywise and the lore of the Bradley Gang massacre. The new season will also delve into themes of The Great Depression and racial injustice.
