Gigaverse Online debuts today as an open-world social RPG from Gigaverse
Gigaverse announced Gigaverse Online, an open-world social RPG set to launch within the next few months, replacing the current Gigaverse 1.0. The new title will feature a seasonal economy designed for long-term sustainability, with player assets carrying over from the previous version through an in-game event called The Awakening. The company also mentioned ongoing development of ROMs 2.0 and highlighted recent initiatives like the on-chain pet-racing game Gigling Racing and the GIGATHON #1 hackathon.
