Pokemon Bank closes in 2027 and FireRed and LeafGreen link to Pokemon HOME
The Pokemon Company announced that Pokemon Bank, originally available on the Nintendo 3DS, will cease operations on February 26, 2027. Users will be directed to utilize the Pokemon HOME service thereafter. Additionally, Pokemon FireRed and Pokemon LeafGreen will gain compatibility with Pokemon HOME.

My Hero Ultra Impact Will End Service
Bandai Namco has announced that service for the mobile strategy game My Hero Ultra Impact will end on May 18, 2026, after approximately six years. Premium currency can no longer be purchased, but existing Hero Gems are usable until the closure. A Finale Campaign is underway, offering daily free pulls and unlocking past event storylines.
