The Pokémon Company International announced that Pokémon Sleep is now compatible with Garmin smartwatches, allowing users to track their sleep and study Pokémon sleep styles. To celebrate, users who track sleep data between March 13, 2026, and November 1, 2026, will receive in-game rewards, and new Pokémon Sleep watch faces are available for select Garmin devices.
