Menang Gugatan, Shakira Bakal Terima Rp1,13 Triliun dari Spanyol

The Spanish National High Court has ordered the country's tax authorities to refund over 55 million euros to singer Shakira after she won a legal dispute concerning her 2011 taxes. The court found that the tax authority failed to prove Shakira resided in Spain for more than 183 days in 2011, thus invalidating her status as a resident taxpayer for that year and entitling her to a full refund with legal interest.
