The Pines is an upcoming open-world psychological horror RPG that draws comparisons to Alan Wake and Twin Peaks. Players control Edward Walker, who arrives at a secluded retreat for recovery and finds a sinister undercurrent. The game features detective sequences, a "stalker" system where actions have consequences, and incorporates themes of therapy.
