Ubisoft is remaking Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, titled "Black Flag Resynced," set to release on July 9, 2026, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Developed by Ubisoft Singapore using an updated Anvil Engine, the remake features rebuilt assets, modern graphical enhancements like ray tracing, and updated combat and stealth mechanics. The original story and map remain intact, but multiplayer and DLC content will not be included.
