KOEI TECMO America and Team NINJA have launched Dead or Alive 6: Last Round, the definitive version of Dead or Alive 6, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC Windows. This updated version features optimized gameplay, a new lighting system, an expanded roster including all original characters and DLC, and new fighters like Minato. A free-to-play edition, Dead or Alive 6: Last Round Core Fighters, is also available.

KOEI TECMO America and Team NINJA announced that Mai Shiranui and Kula Diamond from The King of Fighters XIV will be available as DLC for Dead or Alive 6 Last Round. The enhanced version of Dead or Alive 6, which includes the original 24 characters and five DLC characters, is set to release on June 25, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC via Steam.
