Diablo 5 Is Coming In 2029, Will Actually Star Diablo
Blizzard Entertainment announced Diablo 5 is slated for a Spring 2029 release, featuring Diablo as the reigning supreme entity in a post-apocalyptic Sanctuary. This installment is set 100 years after Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred and will explore the consequences of the Lord of Terror's victory. The announcement during BlizzCon 2026 also highlighted a significantly shorter development cycle compared to previous entries in the franchise.
