2 Jobs Arrive in FFXIV Evercold Alongside Evolved Mode
During the Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival in Anaheim, Director Naoki Yoshida announced two new jobs for the upcoming "Evercold" expansion, one DPS and one Tank, both original to the game. The expansion, set to launch in January 2027, will also introduce a new job action system with "Reborn" and "Evolved" modes for existing jobs and increase the level cap to 110. A new Nintendo Switch version is also planned for August 2026.
