Anthropic says it will challenge Defense Department's supply chain risk designation in court

Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei announced the company will legally challenge the Defense Department's designation of Anthropic as a supply chain risk. Amodei stated the action is not legally sound and that the company sees no choice but to fight it in court. Microsoft confirmed it will continue to use Anthropic's Claude chatbot for non-defense related projects.
